Los Angeles International Airport, commonly referred to as LAX, is the world's third-busiest and the United States’ second-busiest airport. As the largest and busiest international airport on the U.S. West Coast, LAX is a major international gateway to the United States and also serves as a connection point for passengers traveling internationally. It is also the only airport to rank among the top five U.S. airports for both passenger and cargo traffic. 18 Airlines are servicing domestic and 52 airlines are servicing international destinations. Over 1,500 planes take off and land at LAX every day on average, meaning about one plane goes down a runway every minute.

Relax.
This branding project aims to imbue a sensory and relaxed brand value by leveraging the strengths of LA as a city while addressing the excessive busyness and lack of humanity associated with LAX's current image. It proposes a new logo that encapsulates the iconic imagery unique to LAX and presents examples of how this logo can be applied in various advertising contexts.
